You need to appear for OPENMAT, a national level exam conducted by NTA for admission to MBA in IGNOU, the exam is conducted in online mode for 200 marks for three hours duration with sections like Quantitative Ability,English Language,Reasoning,General Awareness.

Eligibility criteria for this is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, there's relaxation of 5% in case of reserved category. The courses offered are Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Financial Management/Operations Management/ Marketing Management/ Financial Markets Practice.

OPENMAT is conducted twice a year in January and July, this year due to covid pandemic it'll be conducted on 15th September which was earlier scheduled to take place in the month of January. The scores of the exam remain valid for one year, if you take the exam in the month of January session it remains valid for next consecutive session of July of the same year and January of the following year.
