You should go for Madras Institute of technology as its is government college and provides very good placements.

I had seen . according to them , MIT is better . but some say that deemed universities are better to government colleges. what's your view?

You should go for MIT it is better and there is nothing like that you should go for deemed universities it depends on college to college.
