you can't decide what to do and how to do. The board have ways for every problem. If you are interested in any course and want to join then first search how to opt for it and the look for the whole procedure. Whatever the board has mentioned and as per that only you have to do. They will alott you center if they have to either near by your domicile or as possible near to your location.

so you want to opt and make a career then just go through the procedure. Your preferences will be considered as long as it is satisfying the limits and rules of the board.
