Incase you prefer Research, R&D as well as Academia Roles abroad, in most of the Countries Doctorate is a must., and itll be definitely beneficial to you, as in Countries like US, you have a Fully Funded PhD Program for most of the Universities, with a Stipend, Health Insurance and Accomodation Costs taken care by the University.
