Hi aspirant,
you donot need to apply separately for any IIM, but need to make sure that you tick the check boxes of all IIMs which you want to apply, in CAT application form. However, for non-IIMs, like FMS, SPJIMR,you will need to apply separately.

Gopal Kumar Singh Hi aspirant, Integrated course means you'll be doing two courses such as both BBA and MBA from the same college for five years. Integrated course does not means that youll be doing one course from one college and second from the other. You can only register yourself in one college at a time. Hope this helps..
