I don't think this is a tough decision to make. It's all about IIT Madras! It provides you with an IIT diploma, as well as top-notch professors, campus life, and chances from a famous Indian institute with such a high rating. Even if you were not interested in Mechanical Engineering, IIT Clubs and Societies would provide you with many opportunities to further your interest in the subject of computers.

Gayatri vidya parishad had around 60% of placement in cse the last year. The highest salary package offered is 8.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA.
For iit madras for previous year, more than 80% students got placed. And the average package was more than 10 LPA forcivil engineering.
So no doubt you should choose iit madras. Not if you are interested in cse and do not want civil at all then you can choose gayatri vidhya parishad. Although you will have better opportunities at iit madras.
