As per the previous year data if your score is above 150 then the chances of getting rank below 10,000 is very high but as you know the cut off depends upon the number of seats available, difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. So safe side if you score above 175 then the chances of getting good rank below 10,000 is very high.
