Yes du belongs to Delhi University which takes merit base admission in many courses like b.a, b.com,b.sc etc.and some course on entrance based.dtu called Delhi technological University in which students get admission in b.tech on jee mains.Dtu reserved 85%seats for Delhians and 15% seats for all India students.

Du entrance based b.tech hai.when you registered you go on entrance based site and fill it last date 7th June h registration ki.
