IIEST does not takes admission through WBJEE but its takes admission through JEE mains.

Its full form is  Indian Institutes of Engineering Science and Technology.

So,it wont come under WBJEE.

No. IIEST shibpur is not under wbjee. It is not under wbjee for the  last 4 years to be precise. It takes admission on the basis of JEE ranks. It has the prestige of "Indian Institute" like IITs or IISC.
