I would recommend Chandigarh University.

No. of companies for campus placement:-630+
Maximum number of companies in North India
CU has Limca Book Of Record for number of companies
Highest package offered for CSE student:-31.77lacs
University also have semester exchange program so you can complete your semester in another country from which CU has partnership.
Placement is quite good enough an average guy will also be placed but you have to work hard if you want to get placed in good company .
