First of all you should check as from where you are getting the mails. Is it an official email address or someone doing prank on you. And if the mail is from official email address, then just check what was the last mail and according to it reply the mail by asking for clarification. Just clarify once whether you are eligible or not. If you are eligible then they will definitely reply back .
