U.P State Counselling: Cut off is high this year, According to your All India Rank, your U.P State Rank must be around 3200, At this Rank you are at borderline and chances for Government Medical College is low but you can secure a BDS Seat in Government Medical College and also MBBS seat in State Private Medical College.

Regarding Counselling of other States: Yes you can participate in Counselling of some other states who are allowing non domicile students but you will be eligible for only Management Quota Seats in Private Medical Colleges. Fee structure: Rs.8 lakh to Rs.15 lakh per annum.

With this score, it is bit difficult to get seat in government medical college.

But as you belong to OBC category, you have chances

The top score is 720 this year so cut off is very high

Cut off varies every year depending upon no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam and so on.

You can also go for state counseling of different states like Punjab, Haryana.

Government medical colleges that may try:

1. Maulana Azad Medical college

2. Grant medical college

3. Institute of medical sciences

4. Seth GS medical college

5. BJ medical college
