First be sure on your interest whether it is mechanical or computers and then decide about it . And coming to the question in mechanical iit dhanbad is the best. If u ask me to tell my choice I will choose CSE in bits

See if you want to get into IIT premises then you make take admission in any IIT you are getting but as faar as you have displayed the list of IIT. I think ISM Dhanbad will be the preffered one as well you are getting CSE at BITS Hyderabad or Goa campus that is the golden opportunity you are getting and i don't think so you have to loose this one. So decide over it and makeover a final decision.
