Yes surely you can join DU for Masters Preogram even if you have dropped for 3 years. For getting a seat in DU forMSc you need to give DUET entrance examination and on basis of your rank theer you wil get admission. For science courses (lifescience) the cutoff is arond 168 for botany (unreserved) and 228 for zoology (unreserved).
