my class 12 percentage in PCM is 58% .after btech can I apply to Jadavpur or birla pilani collage for Mtech ??

Dear Raj
You can apply for both colleges. But upto my knowledge, persuing M.Tech in BITS, Pilani is worth than the another one. Definitely, you'll be in higher position if you opt BITs.

For persuing M.Tech, you need to Qualify B.Tech and also some universities might ask for 75% too.
