With your CRL rank of 1 lakh and OBC rank of 31k, there is very less chance for you to get any NIT. Although, nothing can be predicted with surety as cut offs change every year and they are dependent on many factors like, seat matrix, students applying, etc. But given the trend in cut off, you have less chance.
