My cut off is 181 and I belong to BC category can I get IT in anna university or MIT?

Hello Sowmya, 

The opening marks for IT branch, TNEA is 77 and closing marks is 197. Anna University, Tiruchirapally opens seats for IT branch from 133 marks and closes at 193. 

As your marks are in the required range, you could get a seat in Anna University with IT branch or even better.
