Hi,

Yes she will be considered for 85 percent state quota and 15 percent All India quota

A candidate is eligible for Maharashtra domicile when

Candidate has passed class 12th from the State of Maharashtra.
Candidate have a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth which is in Maharashtra
Father or mother have domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra.
