As you have given your JEE mains this year and secured a general category rank of 137000, so still, there is a chance that you can get some nits if you belong to home state of some low nits.

If you belong from home states quota then you can get :-

• Nit sikkim
  
• Nit Meghalaya
  
• Nit manipur
  
• Nit mizoram
  
• Nit puducherry
  
• Nit arunachal pradesh
  
• Nit goa
  
• Nit agartala

But if you belong from other state then you can not get any seats in any nits with this much general category rank.
Also you can not get any iiits with this much rank, even in csab counseling you have very negligible chances.
