In the case of BITSAT with 326 marks, you can get all the branches in BITS Pilani except computer science and Electrical & Electronics Engineering branch. Whereas with the same score you can get all the branches in BITSAT Goa and Hyderabad.

Now the final choice will be yours whether you want to go with some NIT with some other branch or opt BITS Goa or Hyderabad with CSE branch.
