Generally cutoffs changes each and every year as it depends upon various factors like, difficulty level of the paper, no. of students appearing for the exam, performance of the students in the exam, etc.
But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get ECE in Techno India and any Branch in IEM other than CSE and ECE. SAme with Heritage.
