With the given cutoff and category, your chances of getting admisison at GCT, CIT and PSG are very less. Only chance you may have is at PSG for Fashion Technology, which has a cutoff of 189.75, which may get reduced. But, I'm not sure about it. All other courses in all 3 colleges have a cutoff abouve 190. i don't expect the cutoff to lower as these are 3 of the best colleges in the state and almost all the students will be going for these.
