Last year the final cutoff for cse in Heritage was about 31000. Cutoffs change however. But still you might get a seat in the last round.

Hi Saikat, 

you have not mentioned which stream you are interesteed in. If we go by last year cutoffs, if you sit for the final round of counselling you might be able to get a seat in Heritage.
