Sorry to tell you that, With a rank of 10k+ their is null, i repeat no chances of getting admission in Jadavpur University in any of the departments.

And coming to your question of getting admission at IEM then you can try for mechanical engineering at IEM,saltlake campus but their is very less chance though.

Although if we consider last year's cutoff then even in mop up round there is very less chance of getting admission at IEM , saltlake campus.
