NIT silchar is one of the top and reputed college of india.It comes in top 20 NIT's as compared to NIT Andhra Pradesh.And studying CSE in NIT silchar is best,they provide the good facilities with paid internship and placement.NIT silchar average package is 8 lakh per annum for CSE and highest was in 1 crore to one student offered by microsoft last time.But mosty it varies from 8-30 lakh per annum.It has good infrastructure compared to nit andhra and also ECE is also at depth teaching in NIT silchar.so I woud suggest NIT silchar.I hope it helped
