No, two degree courses cannot be pursued simultaneously. Also, it's not possibly to do so, even if one's regular and another's distance, not will it be considered valid.

Choose, to go with only one degree at a time, and give your best, pursuing two courses simultaneously will result in not a good results in case of both, nor it's valid.
