Dear Aspirants/Guardians

For admission to IITs and Nits the candidate should satisfy at least one of these two criteria.

He/she is within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in his/her respective Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.

He/she has secured 75% (for GEN or OBC-NCL) or 70% (SC, ST or PwD) of aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.

Sir I dont now how to submit so,Please tell me how to submit 20 percentile at the time of submission of document .......

If you are asking for the eligibility criteria then you should have minimum 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be top 20 percentile to elible for IITs/NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

In order to get NIT Silchar you should score 145 marks in general category in other state quota.

As per the notification, to qualify for admissions to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, you should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective boards. For SC/ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class 12th.

NIT Silchar takes the admission through JEE Main & as a general category you should have around 150+ in JEE Main to get admission in it. It also varies category, branch & home state / other state quota.
