Hello,
Yes you are eligible as minimum aggregate for 10+2 is 55%. to take an admission you have to get a rank above than 1000 as the seats available are in 1200 odd numbers.

It will be difficult enough for sure but you have to do it.

see in the link you have provided it is written for eligibility 88.3% are required in cbse . :(

it is according to previous year and the link has data of 2017. For 2019 the cutoff marks outof 500 for CBSE general category is 431. Sorry for the inconvinence. The money is not refundable also.Don.t feel sad about it. Go for other exams and give your best. Choose a career and focus on it. There are many other boards students present who have tired their best. It's difficult for everyone.About money, when you will get a good 5 digit salary job this amount will not matter you.Find another way.
