pls tell me sir NIMHANS UG EXAM 2019 full details and form fill up date ???

Dear Utsab, NIMHANS has released notification for application forms and the last date to submit the duly filled application forms is February 16th. Here is the procedure to fill in the application form.



Qualification and Eligibility: For B.Sc courses the qualification required is 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of atleast 55%. There is a 5% relaxation for Reserved Categories. The age limit for B.Sc courses is between 17 and 25 years old. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. The age of the candidate should not be more than 45 years old at the time of commencement of classes.



Registration: Register yourself at www.nimhans.ac.in. You will need your Email Id, Mobile number and Name to register yourself. Once you enter those details, Click on 'Save and Next'. Once you submit your registration details, you will get your Registration Id and Password at your Registered Email Id & Password and as well as displayed on the screen. Using those credentials, login by clicking on 'Continue'. Then there are 3 steps in which you need to fill in your details like 'Basic details', 'Qualification details' and 'Experience details(if applicable)'. After every step, you need to click on 'Save and Next'. Next you need to upload your scanned images. Upload your scanned photograph and signature. The next step is to make the payment. Before you make the payment, please reverify all the details because there is no correction window.



Payment: For B.Sc course, for Indian Nationals belonging to General/OBC and foreign national applicants, the application fees is Rs.1000 per course. For Indian Nationals belonging to SC/ST the application fees is Rs. 750 per course. For Indian Nationals of PWD Category, there is no application fees. Payment can be made through Debit Card/Credit Card mode only.



Lastly, take a print out of the confirmation page for future references.



Documents Required for submitting: You will need 10th Certificate, 12th Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Marks list, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate and Domicile certificate(if applicable).



Instructions for uploading images: The photograph should be between 20-50kb, in dimension of 200×230 pixels in JPG or JPEG format. The signature should be between 10-40kb, in dimension of 140×60 pixels in JPG or JPEG format.



Exam Pattern: This is an online Exam. There will be 100 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) to be answered in 90 minutes. A wrong answer takes away 0.25 marks due to Negative Marking.



Exam Centres: Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin and Hyderabad.



Selection Criteria: Candidates are selected based on Online Entrance Examination and verification of documents on the day of admission.



Result: The results will be announced and can be checked online at their official website. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance examination, category, etc.



Seat Matrix: There are a total no. of 10 seats for B.Sc in Anaesthesia Technology,  77 seats in B.Sc Nursing and 10 seats in B.Sc Radiography.



Instructions:

  • Selected candidates should submit their Transfer Certificate (TC) and Migration Certiificate at the time of admission.
  • The candidate should complete the entire duration of the programme.
  • Out of 77 seats,  50 are reserved for candidates of Karnataka domicile while the rest is for All India candidates.
  • As there is negative marking, it is advisable to answer only if you are certain of the answer. Because when there is a tie least no. of wrong answers are counted.


Syllabus: Because the highest qualification for this exam is 10+2, the syllabus is quite simple. The questions will test your knowledge in the areas of English, Aptitude, Reasoning and General Knowledge. So it is good to have a sound understanding of Current Affairs and General Knowledge, Sentence Completion, Grammar, Vocabulary, Synonums, Antonyms, Basic Mathematics, Odd man out, Averages, Probabilities, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Profits and Loss, Simple Equations, Verbal Reasoming, Data Intrepretation, Analytical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Data Sufficiency, Indian Culture, Indian Politics, Sports, History, Awards, Inventions and Basic Computer Knowledge.
