Some colleges in Delhi university have hostel facilities available within the campus for the outstation students who come to study. There are obviously limited rooms and those are allotted on first come first serve basis in some colleges and on the basis of marks in others.

The candidates usually fill out a form and the allotment is done by the college itself. I hope this information helps you.
