You can check The fee structure for nit nagpur from the following link:

And for nit bhopal from the following link:
http://www.manit.ac.in/fee-structure-2019-20
You will be refunded the extra amount that you pay through csab afterwards so don't worry about that. By seeing the fee structure you could calculate the fees for the four years.
