Mostly for your rank you have quite few chances to get seat at Osmania University. There are chances that you cannot get seat At OU. Because, the first preference is given to the GATE students while counselling. My better advice is if you have written GATE and if you scored well in GATe then go through GATE counsellig To get Admission. As said earlier thr first preference is given only to GATE rankers than PGECET rankers while the seat allotments. Anyways you can try your luck by attending the counselling.
