You can't get IIIT Kottayam or IIIT Pune based on previous year's cut-offs of this Institutes for B.Tech Computer Science Engineering and B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering. You can try for some NITs in which you can get seat. The cut-offs vary from year to year.
