As per your rank in JEE Mains 2019, you do have a chance to get a seat in IIIT Kottayam by the end of the seventh round. In case you don't get it at end of the seventh round, you will surely get it in either of the two spot rounds. IIIT Kottayam closed at 8929 SC category rank in 2018. Good luck.
