Yess you can take admission in Msc in PU, Chandigarh. Make sure you have no backlogs in Bsc.

Admission have not started yet it will start from June. But registration for Entrance test is going on you can register your self for appearing in entrance exam .
To register yourself for please visit http://www.cetpg.puchd.ac.in/
Last date for registration is 17 May 2019

-Admission in Msc is based on Entrance exams+ Merit basis.
