According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. According to your rank there is very less to get a seat in any nit. But there are lots of other private college also. I suggest you to fill jac and jossa counselling.
I also suggest you some good private engineering college.
1: Amity university, Noida
2: Sharada University, Greater Noida
3:Golgotia University
4:MIT pune
5: Ajay kumar garg college, Ghaziabad
These are some good engineering college. According to it's placements and infrastructure.
