Hello student IGNOU is a recognized university and their courses are accepted across the country but with IGNOU MBA degree its little difficult to get a job directly you might need some experience and skills to get job in respected field. If you're graduate then its more preotp do some jobs for 2-3years and after having experience go for MBA from any college/University.
