The Institute at present offers B. Tech , B. Tech (Hons) and B. Tech-MS program with specialized courses covering all major research domains of Computer Science and Engineering, namely Data Science, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Parallel Computing, HPC, Programming Languages, Bio Informatics and so forth.

The Institute also offers a 4-year B. Tech, B. Tech (Hons.) and B. Tech-MS program in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with specialized courses covering all major research domains namely. Signal Processing, Communication, Networking, VLSI design, Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, and Applied electromagnetics.
