I will jot down some points for you:

BIT Mersa leads by a huge margin.Infrastructure of NIT Durgapur is in ruins . The current academic building is under renovation since past four years .I don't know about BIT Mesra but in NIT Durgapur they only teach you enough to pass the semester. However, on the plus side, it's easy to score a decent CGPA in branches like CSE, IT, ECE, ME. It is almost the same in both the colleges.

However, in CSE and IT branch, NIT Dgp has better placement record. Also, a NIT tag puts some weight on your CV.

Compared to both the colleges BIT Mesra is good for MBA . It has AAA+ rating which means good in term of placement, faculty & study environment

NIT DURGAPUR:
The Institute was established in 1960 by act of parliament. It has NBT Accreditation. This Institute has collaboration with IIT Delhi, NIT Hazratbal, JNU, New Delhi, Durgapur Steel plant, Tata consultancy services, and many more.

MBA Fee structure: INR 1.67 Lakhs

Average Placement: INR 6 LPA

BIT MESRA:
The Institute was established in 1995 approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). It is accredited by NBA and NAAC. It has collaboration with University of Aalborg, Purdue University USA, University of Houston USA and many more.

MBA Fee Structure: INR 3.32 Lakh

Average placement: INR 4-8 LPA depends on the companies and skills of students.

Both colleges are good. But of you asked about one from these then go for NIT Durgapur as it has better placement and better infrastructure.
