Which college is best in between vjti cs and coep cs?

Both college  CS is best. If you want best of best than go to top IIT/NIT/IIIT etc. COEP/VJTI CS is as par with top NITS. Fees are very low as compared to NIT/IIT. Almost 100% placement of CS student with median package of 6-8 lakh/ annum.

College of engineering Pune( COEP) and VJTI are one of the premium colleges in Maharashtra and very well to opt for.

For 4-yr Engineering, To get into these colleges their is only one way, through MH-CET, there are different cut-offs for each branch depending on the reservations, below are.cut-offs for open category,

Mechanical, 180+

ENTC,185+

Electrical, 175+

Computer, 187+

Information Technology, 160+

Production Engineering, 140+

Metallurgy, 135+

Instrumentation and control, 145+

Civil, 170+

Town Planning, 120+
