Actually I don't know particularly about Ghaziabad ,but there are good universities like Delhi Technological University, Delhi,Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar,SASTRA University, Thanjavur,Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam,Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi
