As you have not mentioned any preferred branch for yourself , so I will be talking general here. CTAE udaipur is a better option among the two. Ctae college ranking is a little better and one of my peers used to study there and had a lot of good things to say about it. Academic are good there too. Placement wise both the colleges are same only.

I would suggest you to go for CTAE over RTU Kota. There are few reasons such as CTAE comes under Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology and it has its own syllabus and it has some good additioms over RTU. 

According to press report the placements these year in CTAE were also good with around 85% of eligible students placed. The highest package was 12 l.p.a and aaid to be achieved by ECE student.

The campus of CTAE is very big and it has in own legacy in the state and organise national as well as international trips free for students.

The REAP cutoff for CTAE is also high so you will get some healthy competition.
