Both ramakrishna Mahato college of engineering and Haldia institute of technology are good but I would suggest you to prefer Haldia institute of technology and the course electronics. It is a good college with good infrastructure and faculty. The placements are good especially for stdents belonging to computer science and electronics and are improving year after year.
