IIIT Delhi is a new college compared to DTU and NSIT but has picked up exceptionally well. I would say currently it is better DTU in all factors. The average package of IIIT Delhi is 12 lakhs which is the highest among the 3 one of the best engineering institutes for CS,ECE and Math courses.
