I think that IIT Guwahati civil is better than bits pilani civil because as we all know that IIT one pf the top colleges of India and it provides overall all facilities to their students and they focus on overall development of students if you are thinking about placement and education then it is very good. their faculties are highly experienced and many top companies are coming there for recruiting students every year their placement record is also good so I think that you have to go for it.
