Hi,

There is no comparison of any IITs with the DTU as iits are the best government engineering colleges in India. Both the colleges have a good Infrastructure, best teachers, good hostels and very good placement. So you can apply for any of the college. Admission in IIT Guwahati in CSE depends on your jee advanced rank while Dtu takes admission on the basis of jee mains rank. So your rank and marks in jee advanced and jee main will decide which college you will be able to get. If your jee advanced rank is sufficient to get admission in IIT than you should take admission there but if your rank is not enough than you should take admission in DTU.

In sooth, DTU is a placement oriented University. You'll get better placements than all NITs and most of the IITs (except top 7) in DTU.
