Both jntu and osmania university are top most universities in telangana and both are well known for there placements and OU established in 1918 and jntu established in 1965 and i suggest you to go with OU university as it as more experience and also you have freedom know learn and experience real time opportunities then jntuh and they have equal opportunities then experience and for more information go to below links
