Hello Mayank, 

By comparing the two colleges results are as follows :

1. There is no auditorium, hospital, cafeteria and transport facilities in IET, Lucknow whereas these facilities are available in MMMUT

2. There are more faculties in MMMUT but student is to faculty ratio is less in IET than MMMUT. 

3. both are Government colleges but fees of MMMUT is 6.92 lacs and fees of IET, Lucknow is 1.6 lakhs.
