Dear Aspirant ! I think you should go for EC at NIT Raipur. But if you want to make a informed data driven decision then do as I say , open the official website of both the Colleges and compare their infrastructure ,their ranking and placements. This would really clear all your doubts.

Following are the ratings of NIT, Raipur :

Academics : 7.9

Fees : 6.8

Placements : 7

Infrastructure : 6.4

Social Life : 8.1

And these are for IIIT, Jbp :

Academics : 7.4

Fees : 7.7

Placements : 7.1

Infrastructure : 7.9

Social Life : 7.2

Therefore, IIIT is relatively better.
