Out of all, if you are really passionate about coding, programming languages and want to do Masters of research in the field of CS or IT, you can go fir either BIT Mesra IT or CSE in IIIT Lucknow.
But for a safer side, go for BIT MESRA because it an well established deemed university and with all the facilities that you would receive there, you would never regret your option ever..
